Sometimes we need to hit the "reset" button in our life. If you are ready to get unstuck, take control over your life, gain clarity and feel confident and empowered to live the life you desire.


We dive deep on your personal needs and create a memorable experience filled with breath, sound and somatic body movements that will leave you feeling empowered. 


A typical one-on-one breathwork session begins with a conversation about where you're feeling stuck, what you want to get clear on, or what you want to let go of. From there, I'll teach you a simple breathing pattern which you'll practice while I guide you on your healing journey. End your 60-75-minute healing feeling renewed.

COLLECTIVE HEALING

Live a life filled with passion, meaning, and fulfillment by taking part in a comprehensive Group Breathwork & Movement Circle that promotes a healthy mind, body, and soul. Discover what breathwork can do for you.

This is for the hesitant soul who wants to test the waters in Breathwork world amongst a collaborative community. These sessions are hosted first Sunday of the month.

Each session is recorded so if you can’t make the live session you’ll always have the replay. Practice anytime that suits your schedule.

As a member, you will also have unlimited access to frequently updated micro-dose breathwork videos to support your journey!
